Fear shows up as excuses in our lives…What are your excuses for not stepping into your purpose?

Welcome to my living laboratory, where I share the things that I have learned and tested out in my own life!  I have a knack for explaining the why’s and how’s of how things work in our bodies & minds and how that effects how we show up in our lives. Get your notebook and get ready!

Ana Maria Vasquez

  • How things in your daily life offer insights into the places where your limiting beliefs are running the show
  • What you are putting into your body & your mind is affecting your vibration and how that affects your ability to step into your purpose
  • Why a connection with nature and animals is crucial to your own personal development & how to strengthen that connection
  • Why your intentions really do matter

Time with Ana Maria is like being with that best friend who doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, but tells you what you need to hear.  Ana Maria is passionate about living her life in balance and with intention.  She brings with her energy and experience of training and coaching in the corporate and not for profit sectors. She loves learning about and practicing ways to live her life in balance and on purpose!  Ana Maria shares herself with the awareness that we teach what we need to learn.

I believe in Paying It Forward! Another reason YOU can feel great about your investment in yourself…

Misty, sanctuary dog

In honor of our profound connection with animals, 10% of my profits from this series will be donated to Annie’s Orphans no-kill animal shelter in Durango, CO.  This is a picture of Misty, one of the long-term residents at the shelter.  From the Annie’s Orphan’s website, “At Annie’s Orphans, one of the most important parts of our mission is that we are a no-kill shelter. Many of the dogs that come to the shelter may be deemed “un-adoptable” because of health issues, behavioral issues or a variety of other conditions which makes it very unlikely that they will ever be adopted or, at the least, makes them very difficult to adopt. At Annie’s, these are our “Sanctuary Dogs” and they will always have a safe and caring home as they live out their lives with us!”
