Using Meditation to shift from fear to courage as you step into your purpose

davidji explained how meditation creates a space for us to respond versus react in our everyday situations.  The time we spend in meditation gives us the ability to observe our thoughts and feelings so that they do not have to run the show when we are not on our meditation cushion.  He told us about some incredible research about physical reactions to pain for meditators vs. non-meditators…fascinating and fun!
